Morning Session

 

1. 4:00 am wake up
2. 4:05 am Walking-meditation
3. 5:00-6:00 am Sitting-meditation
4. 6:00-7:00 am Breakfast-mindfuly
5. 7:00-8:00 am Walking-meditation
6. 8:00-9:00 am Sitting-meditation
7. 9:00-10:00 am Walking-meditation
8. 10:00-11:00 am Sitting-meditation
9. 11:00-12:00 am Lunch-mindfuly

 

Afternoon Session

1. 12:00-1:00 pm Rest-wash
2. 1:00-2:00 pm Walking-meditation
3. 2:00-3:00 pm Sitting-meditation
4. 3:00-4:00 pm Walking-meditation
5. 4:00-5:00 pm Sitting-meditation
6. 5:00-5:30 pm Drinking-juice
7. 5:30-6:00 pm Walking-meditation

 

Evening session

1. 6:00-7:00 pm Sitting-meditation
2. 7:00-8:00 pm Dhamma talk
3. 8:00-9:00 pm walking-meditation
4. 9:00-10:00 pm Sitting-meditation
5. 10:00 pm Rest mindfuly (in your place)

 

Note: There is no fee for accommodation, breakfast, lunch etc, but Every action must be mindful for a meditator during meditation.
